Return Process

  Approval & Packaging

  Once approved, ensure the garment is unworn, with all original tags and luxury packaging intact.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our head office using a trackable shipping service as instructed by our team.

  Quality Inspection

  Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the item and process your exchange or store credit within 7-10 business days.
